Specific Details IoD Ireland Response: Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023 (IAF Act)

Intended results IoD Ireland conducted research with our members on the new CBI regulation on the Individual Accountability Framework. We formally submitted our consultation response to the Central Bank of Ireland on Consultation Paper 153 (“CP153”), to make them aware of members views on the regulation, with the aim of asking them re clarify certain elements of the legislation and reconsider certain elements.
