We submitted our formal consultation on Consultation Paper 154 (“CP154”) - Consolidated Guidelines in respect of the Central Bank Administrative Sanctions Procedure (“ASP”) (the “ASP Guidelines”) to the Central Bank of Ireland on friday, 6th September 2023.

We share our consultation with relevant Government ministers and departments to make them aware of our consultation response. It was also shared with the clerks and press officers of the following Oireachtas committees - Expenditure Reform and Taoiseach - Enterprise, Trade and Employment
