Letter (2-5)
ICF wrote three letters to Minister for Finance, Michael McGrath TD initially seeking deferment of the introduction of the Defective Concrete Products Levy and subsequently seeking exclusion of precast concrete products from the scope of the DCPL and agreement on proposals to assist compliance with the DCPL.
Meeting (1)
In August, ICF met with Department of Finance and the Office of the Revenue Commissioners and the Minister's Special Adviser on the implementation of the Defective Concrete Product's Levy.
