Intended results Clarify where on the Revenue website or in Revenue Guidance it is explicitly stated that uploading health receipts is a prerequisite for availing of a tax reclaim. Not found any mention on the Revenue website, in guidance, or in that letter that the receipt must specifically state ‘gluten-free’. Where is this stated on Revenue guidance? Recognition of Revenue Staff of Coeliac Society Food list of gluten free foods, that once accompanied by a receipt any foods on this list can be reclaimed by a PAYE coeliac taxpayer.
