Specific Details Request for review and changes to the Family Reunification Policy for non-EAA migrants by the Department of Justice.

Intended results Support for extending the right of immediate family reunion to all those in full-time employment in Ireland. We believe it is wrong to deny people the right to have their immediate family members with them. Non-EU migrants are doing essential work such as caring for elderly population and in working in the catering industry.
