As part of Ballina 2023 celebrations (marking 300 years since the formal formation of Ballina town), a series of events was organised by Ballina 2023 steering committee welcoming Deputy French Ambassador to Ireland, Marianne Barkan-Cowdy and a delegation from Le Rochelle and Athis Mons.
