21 March 2024 Meeting - Bilbao, Wind Europe Conference. Attended by Matt Collins, Robert McGuinness, Helena Quilty, Kevin Lynch & Julie Bowe (Source Galileo) and Celine Borjans, Ingka Investments. The need for pipeline visibility and a robust policy framework to underpin investor confidence was discussed in terms of Ireland's ORE Delivery Programme.
