Specific Details To update the Minster on the Iveagh Trust Hostel project, general discussion on social housing supply and constraints and extend an invitation to launch the opening of the Trust's new development at Clayfarm.

Intended results The Trust did not seek any particular result from this engagement other than to secure the Minister’s attendance at the opening referred to above. This was a courtesy meeting attendant on Lord Iveagh’s meeting with the Minister which the Trust was pleased to host.

Meeting (1)

Iveagh Trust Head office 07/02/2024 in attendance, Lord Iveagh, Aidan Culhane, Peter Fitzpatrick, Minister Darragh O'Brien and Brendan White, Principal Officer. Minister Darragh O’Brien had on a previous occasion announced funding of €2.2 million for the Iveagh Hostel. At the meeting referred to in the return, the Trust updated the Minister on that project. There was a general discussion around the supply and delivery of new social housing projects.
