Specific Details Amendments to legislation that impacts credit unions, in particular, Part 4 CUCORA 2012, Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and forthcoming S.I re industry levy

Intended results An amendment to Stabilisation Mechanism, S65 Part 4 CUCORA 2012 to support both standalone and TOE options for credit unions. That Government avail of the derogation in DORA as one of the entities that are listed in Article 2(5), points (4) to (23) however derogation to last for a defined period of time. Request the SI to contain a sunset clause. That Government retain the industry regulatory levy for credit unions at 50%.
