Specific Details An invitation was sent to all T.D.'s and Senators to invite them to the launch of NTMABS research report into financial literacy in the Traveller community.

Intended results T.D.'s and Senators to attend the launch of the NTMABS research report 'Financial Unwellness' and to have it's findings considered as part of the Financial Literacy Strategy currently being prepared.

Email (1)

An email invitation was sent to the Minister for Finances office on the 24th April 2024 by Nancy Power asking the Minister if he would attend the launch of the research report. A draft copy of the report was sent with the email. An acknowledgement was received from the Ministers office on the 26th May. The Minister agreed to attend and emails were sent back and forth to his office organising his attendance at the event. The Minister did not attend the event.

An email invitation was sent to the Senator to ask her to attend and speak at the launch. Emails were exchanged with details of the event and some talking points for the event and about the report
