Meeting with Oonagh McPhillips and Mary McDermott which took place in the Department of Justice on Wednesday 8th July at 3.45 pm during which Mary outlined the need for a National Services Development Plan for effective and efficient refuge rollout as well as the clear and transparent structures needed to ensure the best response to domestic, sexual and gender based violence in Ireland.
