Specific Details Raising concerns in relation to the Government's failure to transpose the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) 2.

Intended results Formal recognition that ETS2 requires transposition, that unless and until such time as this occurs no body can claim to be acting as the "competent authority" in this matter in Ireland. To agree that DECC, the EPA and industry would work together to ensure compliance with ETS2 as swiftly as possible.
