Meeting (1)
The meeting took place on May 25th at Bessboro Day Care Centre in Cork.
This day was the opening of the Activity Lodge to help clients who have been diagnosed with young onset dementia (under 65 years) and those in the early stage of their dementia journey.
More support and services are need to provide an opportunity for people with dementia to meet socially and engage in community activities tailored to their interests and with their peers.
