Providing information to Minister and Department of Media officials on concerns of IBI that funding would be provided to RTE in isolation and without taking into account the needs of independent radio for fair funding and a level playing field.

Meeting with Minister Peter Burke TD and his advisor Brian Keegan to brief them on the key issues affecting our sector, its needs for fair and proportionate support, and our proposals.

Virtual meeting with Minister Catherine Martin, the Asst Sec Triona Quill, other officials and Special Advisor Meghan McSweeney to introduce our incoming CEO and to brief them on the challenges and proposals we wished to make.
