Specific Details Joint CAJ-ICCL Policing Project

Intended results We aimed to brief Sinn Féin's Justice Spokesperson on the joint CAJ-ICCL project focused on policing oversight, supported by Community Foundation Ireland through the All-Island Fund. The aim was to update Sinn Féin on our policy priorities in policing and strengthen engagement on this critical issue.

Meeting (1)

We met with Pa Daly T.D., Sinn Féin’s Justice Spokesperson, in Dundalk to provide a detailed briefing on the joint work between CAJ and ICCL on policing oversight. The collaboration, funded by the Community Foundation Ireland through the All-Island Fund, aims to address key issues surrounding policing practices across the island of Ireland. During the meeting, we outlined the project's objectives, highlighted current challenges in the policing landscape, and shared our policy priorities.
