Meetings were held with DPOs regarding the Chamber's policies aimed at Increasing and improving the efficient movement of people & goods into/through/around the Greater Dublin Area, particularly the city centre, as contained in various transport submissions (http://www.dubchamber.ie/policy/policy-reports/2015/03/16/transport-strategy-for-the-greater-dublin-area) and the Chamber's Pre-Budget Submission (http://www.dubchamber.ie/docs/policy-reports/dublin-chamber-pre-budget-submission-2017.pdf)* Note a single meeting attended by several DPOs is counted as one meeting, as per direction from the Standards in Public Office Commission.

Dublin Chamber hosted a number of events at which Oireachtas members (and their staff) as well as other DPOs were in attendance. This included two Dublin 2050 events. Further, Chamber staff were also in attendance at events organised by others with open invitations to DPOs at which the policy issues raised in this campaign filing were discussed.

Chamber staff have had informal communication with DPOs, particularly at events not organised by the Chamber. During these communications, the Chamber's policy positions have been advocated for.
