Meeting to discuss litter pollution created by single use plastic coffee cups, with intent to initiate a feasibility study into reusable cup scheme and investigate policy around this issue. Met with parties including Westmeath County Council, Mullingar Tidy Towns, Mullingar SEC and Chamber members. Took place in Council Buildings, Mullingar.
