Provided recommendations and feedback re draft of next 'ICT, Digital and Data Strategy' in relation to use of court technology, a unified case management system, capacity, capability and governance; how to improve online access and information for court users through the website, use of video and plain English text, and the importance of providing translated information for court users where English is not their first language. Submission was not provided to a DPO directly.
