Specific Details A meeting was held with the CEO of Wexford County Council to inform him of our intentions to lodge a planning application for a wind farm in 2026 and to introduce him to the details of the project in the townlands of Lyrane and Kilmichaelhill.

Intended results To introduce Regnum and proposed wind farm to the CEO of Wexford County Council. Also to understand how the project would be received locally and within council, determine who we should meet before launching project and how best to engage with the community. This was carried out after positive meetings with the local councillors.

Meeting (1)

Kevin Daly (COO), Karen McDermott (Head of Planning), Barry Brennan (Community Liaison Officer) and Ivan Yates (External) met with Eddie Taaffe, the CEO of Wexford County Council at the Council's offices on 18/09/2024 to discuss the proposed project. The planning process, work carried out to date, overview of the meetings held with local councillors, the obstacles to the project, the benefits of the project and proposed timelines were discussed.
