Specific Details New Government must work hand-in-hand with primary teachers to ensure that every child receives a high-quality education and to build a system that reflects Ireland's aspirations for the future.

Intended results Reduction in class size to 19:1 in primary schools and support for special schools.TDs must honour their pre-election pledges which committed to supporting teachers and primary and special education schools, these promises must be included in the Programme for Government. Doing so will set an ambitious target to make Ireland's education system truly world-class by 2030.
