Impress upon Representatives the need for additional funding for integrity measures & integrity programmes to support the equine sector undertake enhanced integrity measures and welfare to sustain social licence; 3. Strengthen Equine Welfare and Traceability, including legislation if necessary to enhance welfare, enforce traceability, and bolster anti-doping efforts. 4.Secure Sustainable Funding through continued investment to ensure the viability of breeding initiatives, rural shows, and high-performance programmes 5.Safeguard Ireland’s Global Reputation by supporting HSI in maintaining its leadership role in equestrian sports and breeding that preserve Ireland’s rich equestrian heritage and international standing
