Intended results Seek a meeting to discuss an issue concerning an aspect of the State’s implementation of the Asylum Procedures Regulation, a measure included in the EU Pact on Asylum and Migration in respect of which the Government has decided to participate and the lack of certainty about what constitutes “legal counselling” and who may act as a “legal counsellor” in this jurisdiction and the necessity for such services to be provided by a legal practitioner within the meaning of the 2015 Act.
