Prof Ken McDonald, Medical Director, and Ms Jeannine Tanner, Board Trustee, met with An Taoiseach in Government Buildings for a photo opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of screening and prevention in heart failure management

Ambrose McLoughlin (former DPO) is an unpaid advisor of the Eu Heart Failure Policy Network who communicate with MEP's at the Eu Parliament to outline the importance of establishing an Eu wide heart failure policy and Eu network, to promote early detection and prevention to improve health outcome and better quality of life, and reduce health spending across the EU. He is an unpaid Board Trustee of the HeartBeat Trust.
