NISIG wrote to Ministers, TD's, Senators and MEP's for European Fertility, highlighting Ireland's improvement in ranking in Fertility Europe’s policy survey, from 40th in 2021 to current ranking of 12th out of 48 countries. Asked for support to ensure AHR legislation brought into effect as quickly as possible, increase funding & broaden eligibility for public funded fertility treatment, prioritise establishment of the regulatory authority, raise awareness & education around fertility issues.
