Intended results Cllr Tommy Hartigan was engaging with the Presidents of Third-level Students' Unions in Limerick to discuss issues relating to students, student life, graduate employment opportunities and funding for University Programmes.

Meeting (2-5)

At the meeting held on 17/01/2025, the following was discussed: the Limerick Mayoral Programme 2024-2029, the Mayor’s plans for ‘The Cube' (a student hub in Limerick City Centre), student discounts and how LCCC can support students by organising events, activities and spaces for socialising. At the meeting held on 04/04/2025, the following was discussed: renaming this group of representatives to the 'Limerick Student Forum', Limerick City's SMART Housing Programme and Limerick City Nightlife.
