What is the directive you gave to the grassroots campaigners? To sign a Fair Seas petition calling on the Government including Minister O'Brien and previous Minister Noonan to progress the Marine Protected Area legislation as soon as possible. The names on the petition will be changed soon when it becomes clear who is the new responsible Minister and Minister of State for these MPA issues.
