Intended results To call on the government to give the HSE a flexible procurement model allowing either OpEx or CapEx, depending on the need, to maximise value and sustainability, and to establish a dedicated Life Science Council to lead and coordinate a unified National Life Science Strategy that drives innovation, improves patient outcomes, and strengthens Ireland’s global position.
