Specific Details Conflict in Gaza and Procurement Policy

Intended results For the Dept of Health and the Dept of Children Equality Disability Integration and Youth to make public the results of any due diligence review of their procurement policies in response to the International Court of Justice order of Jan 26th 2024 (South Africa v Israel) and to make public any changes that have been made to the depts procurement policies to ensure they are in accordance with international law. to take meaningful action to bring to an end the intolerable treatment of the people of Gaza and to ensure that international humanitarian law is upheld the immediate restoration of International Committee of the Red Cross, and its partner organisations, to Palestinian prisoners in Israel and for the safe and adequate provision and protection of healthcare workers in occupied Palestine, in accordance with international law.
