Specific Details The Family Resource Centre National Forum CEO and members of the FRCNF Executive Committee (Chair & Vice-Chair) met with Minister Foley on the 10th of June.

Intended results Inform Minister Foley on the National FRC Programme recent developments and the FRCNF Pre-Budget Submission asks for 2026 including: 1. Maintain the National Programme status with ring-fenced funding and local community led autonomy of the FRC Programme. 2. Increase core funding of all FRCs to €240,000. 3. Provide increased funding for FRC Counselling & Therapeutic Supports. 4. Create a dedicated capital funding stream for FRCs. 5. Expand the programme incrementally to offer nationwide coverage.

Meeting (1)

FRCNF CEO Fergal Landy, Chair Jackie Landers, Vice-Chair Ellen Duggan met with Minister Foley on the 10th of June. The purpose of the meeting was to brief Minister Foley and her senior staff on the National FRC Programme recent developments and the FRCNF key Budget asks for 2026.
