Specific Details 1. Town hall hosted for general public to outline our planning submission for our Bray town centre site. 2. Blessington Draft Local Area Plan 2025 for Dunmoy's South Blessington Lands.

Intended results 1. To convey our development plans to the public and allow the public to outline their concerns openly to us. We wished to commence an open line of communication with the nearest residents to us, and ensure they were not taken by surprise with our planning submission and garner support for the redevelopment of the site. 2. To ensure the drivers behind our rezoning proposal is understood, and to aim to ensure that it is conveyed that our submission was well thought-out, researched and fully conveying what we are trying to achieve through our LAP Submission for Blessington. Identifying steps taken to establish facts included in our submission including GPR Surveys, Analysis of WWTP's throughout Ireland, Consultations and engagement with local residents to ensure what we propose is supported by local needs.

10th May 2025 Cllr Erika Doyle attended an open forum Town Hall meeting for the general public whereby we laid our of development proposals. Discussion took place in a general setting regarding the planning process in Ireland and the proposed site redevelopment
