following up on another constituents representation to the TD I sent a brief report that the highlights the serious public safety and aircraft navigation and safeguarding issues resulting from the Biogas development as part of the Greater Dublin Drainage Project in Clonshaugh and the failure to have an Aeronautical safety assessment carried out or to carry out an assessment of the explosion radius or height of gas storage tanks in the event of a plant accident or aviation accident.
