To meet urgent housing demand, interim modular housing should be deployed on council-owned landbanks while longterm builds progress. The opening of Woodbrook DART station on 10 August 2025 supports up to 2,300 new homes and must be matched by infrastructure investment and integrated housing delivery to unlock the full potential of the Shankill–Bray corridor.
