Specific Details IPSA is a not-for-profit organisation which advocates for employee share ownership. Members of an IPSA working group met with Tanaiste Simon Harris, George Lawlor Labour TD and certain Department for Finance officials on 30 April 2026 on behalf of IPSA members requesting support for reforms to the taxation of employee ownership trusts (EOTs) and the introduction of legislation for EOTS.

Intended results Recommending the promotion of employee ownership in Ireland through the introduction of a framework for EOTS in Ireland and any related changes to the taxation legislation for EOTs in Ireland and seeking support for the introduction of such framework.
