Lobby day (1)

Event organised by Youth Work Ireland in Buswells Hotel on October 5th - all TD's and Senators invited to attend. Young people from the CYS Younger Voices Group attended the event accompanied by Margaret Slattery CEO of Clare Youth Service. The Young People spoke with the TD's about the work of Clare Youth Service. They raised a number of issues seeking the Elimination of Mental Health Waiting Lists, Implementation of the Substance Misuse Strategy Report and the Increased funding for the Youth Service.
