Hello GoodLife presented the Innerva model and discussed opportunities for wider national deployment, including a proposed pilot programme within residential care homes.

Intended results To secure Government support for the development and evaluation of a national power-assisted exercise programme, including a proposed pilot across 10–15 residential care homes, and to explore potential Department of Health/HSE funding and policy pathways for wider rollout.

Meeting (1)

Meeting with Minister Kieran O’Donnell to present the Hello GoodLife/Innerva power-assisted exercise model and its potential application across healthy ageing, rehabilitation, prevention and residential care. Discussion included evidence from existing Irish facilities, potential national rollout and a proposed 10–15 site Residential Care Home Pilot.
