Specific Details IPPN Conference Keynote Speech - Seán Cottrell - key points raised during the speech were: poorly-defined school leadership role; inadequate resourcing; and the impact of non-stop change. IPPN's five key priorities - ne admin day a week for Teaching Principals; Reduction in maximum class size; Increased capitation grant; Restoration of middle leadership posts; reduce the threshold for admin principals.
