Letter (1)

A letter was written to Tommy Ryan on 16th January 2018 about the ongoing anti-social behavior that arises at times of births, marriages, deaths and funerals in the town area. We discussed this matter with Garda Officers and a point raised by them is the "Absence of inadequacy of Bylaws" for the Town area and as a result it inhibits their authority to deal with on street misbehavior. We asked "Do Byelaws Exist for Cavan Town and are the available for inspection.
