Specific Details The potential sale of the Convent Lands site on Sean McDermott Street, Dublin 1. Dublin City Council propose to sell the land to Tokoyo Inn Hotels for a low budget hotel, a supermarket and student accommodation.

Intended results We wish to see the sale of the land to Tokoyo Hotels blocked and this is a function of the Councillors. We are lobbying for the site to be used to build public housing with associated social and community facilities.
