Intended results Develop policy for the Street, Circus and Spectacle art forms within Ireland in line with international developments. Insurance Reform for Ireland: 1) To set up the Garda Insurance Fraud Unit 2) Recalibrate the Book of Quantum to reflect international norms and norms already established by the Court of Appeal 3) Produce a schedule of forecast reductions for reforms.

Meeting (1)

Met with Tania Banotti of Creative Ireland to share and discuss the development of these art forms in recent times and highlight the opportunity for significant policy development around same which links in with Creative Irelands ambitions of Arts for all.

Emailed Tania Banotti post meeting to reiterate points made over the course of the meeting.

Emailed Minister D'Arcy about the urgent need to implement insurance reform immediately and without delay.

After the public debate in the Dail on the 13th March, a small group of members from the Alliance for Insurance reform met with Minister D'Arcy to discuss the issue directly. ISACS was included in this meeting.
