Meeting (1)

Meeting at Eurofi on 3/4/19 (17h to 17h30) with the Irish Ministry of Finance (Michael McGrath, Olivier Gilvarry). Euroclear SA was represented by Lieve Mostrey (CEO), Guillaume Eliet (Head of Compliance, Government Relations and Public Affairs) and Leen Vermeersch (Public Policy Officer). Euroclear UK was represented by John Trundle (CEO). Euroclear wanted to discuss progress on the solution defined to allow continuity in servicing the Irish financial market following the Brexit. Euroclear also wanted to exchange views on the potential for a legislative migration of the market rather than individual schemes of arrangements per issuer.
