Specific Details Samaritans is a founding member and chair of the Health Reform Alliance which brings together voices from across the charity, health, social care and academic sectors to call for Government reform of Ireland's health and social care systems. Following our launch in January 2016, we sought meetings with representatives from the political parties to outline the principles which we believed should underpin health and social care reform in Ireland.

Intended results We wished to meet representatives from the political parties to outline the principles which the alliance believed should underpin health and social care reform and to see if there was political support for these principles.
