Intended results Irish Government support for the European ferry operators' group, Interferry Europe who are lobbying EU Member States and the European Commission (DG Move) in respect of the interpretation and application of EU Regulation No. 1177/2010 concerning the rights of passengers when travelling by sea and inland waterway. A submission by the Irish Government to the CJEU supporting the continuation of direct ferry services from Ireland to the Continent in relation the the CJEU's deliberations on certain questions referred by the High Court of Ireland in respect of the interpretation and application of EU Regulation No. 1177/2010 concerning the rights of passengers when travelling by sea and inland waterway
