Specific Details Funding of services being provided by Section 39 disability service providers. To eliminate the deficits being carried by certain Section 39 providers and to put future funding on a secure footing. To have the recommendations of the IRG (Catherine Day) report implemented.

Intended results To secure agreement from members of the Oireachtas for the specific issues outlined above, to have these reflected in the manifestos of political parties going into the General Election. To create awareness among members of the Oireachtas regarding the funding issue being faced by Section 39 providers. To have the issues raised by the Coalition brought up in each House of the Oireachtas
