A phone call to Dermot Murphy regarding the importance of of DAFM's Ex-Gratia funding. Explained how it greatly assisted refurbishment of the Inchicore Clinic, which was completed in December. The Irish Blue Cross was concerned about a planned deficit for 2020 hence calling on DAFM for funding specifically towards the mobile clinic service - for replacement vehicles/operational costs.
