Specific Details Two meetings were held by Tetrarch Capital representatives Tom Sheridan and Ray Gilmore with Emer Higgins TD and Councillor Charlie O'Connor of South Dublin County Council on 22 February 2020 and 3 March 2020 respectively. A draft masterplan of the lands of Tetrarch's affiliate, Cape Wrath Hotel Limited, which adjoin and surround Citywest Hotel, was presented and discussed at each meeting.

Intended results Tetrarch sought to make both DPOs aware of the draft masterplan presented at the meetings. Tetrarch proposes the rezoning of some of the amenity lands at Citywest Hotel to allow for their residential development. The draft masterplan envisages that at least 30% of the rezoned lands will be applied to affordable housing provision (in addition to the 10% reserved for Part V housing) and the delivery of very significant public amenity, education, sports and recreational facilities on the lands.
