Intended results To submit views on WCC Issues Paper and outline the importance of embedding climate action into local authority planning, the opportunities presented by offshore wind development to the Wicklow area and the need for alignment across national, local and marine planning. The importance action at a local level to improve energy efficiency and facilitate the electrification of heat and transport were also highlighted.
