Specific Details In June and July 2020, JRS Ireland developed, published and submitted the policy paper 'Protection with Dignity: Roadmap to System Change' to public officials and relevant Government Ministers.

Intended results In 'Protection with Dignity', JRS Ireland is seeking to offer a roadmap for system change and to reconfigure how Ireland receives and processes applications for international protection. The intended result of submitting the paper was to positively inform discussions in advance of the proposed publication of a White Paper on the potential reform of the international protection process, informed by a review of the current system being carried out by an Expert Group on Direct Provision.
