Intended results · Commit to extending social innovation to every secondary school in the lifetime of the new Dáil, building on the work Young Social Innovators (YSI) has already carried out with 1 in 3 secondary schools in Ireland. · Promote YSI’s Open Call for Young People launched in response to the Covid Emergency on social media with #YSIOpenCall or by issuing a local press release. Deadline for idea submission is 31 st May. · Engage with the YSI Challenge winning teams from local Schools · End the uncertainty by re-committing to the continuation of the Department of Children and Youth Affairs.
