Specific Details Proposal for amendment to Dublin City Council Draft Development Plan 2016-2022 in relation to SDRA 12 - St Teresa's Gardens & Environs -DCC will provide for the development of an integrated masterplan for the entire SDRA12 Regeneration Area. The masterplan will provide for residential, commercial and community uses, including an area of integrated sporting and active open space sufficient in size for use by GAA, soccer, rugby, cricket and other sporting clubs for organised games.
