Intended results To achieve a sustainable, transparent, sequential, balanced zoning of lands so as to ensure the proper planning and development of the south side of Letterkenny in the area known as Leck Village. The town is sprawling out to the north and west and the lands to the South of Letterkenny are acknowledged by all as the priority area for appropriate development. Irish Water have now approved our pre planning and feasibility study to develop these lands

I sent an update email to the ten Letterkenny and Milford Municipal Councillors with the news that Irish Water had approved my pre planning and feasibility study to develop our lands at Leck Village. This now complies with the Planning Departments requirements to have our lands zoned for development in an open and transparent way. Our lands are sequentially closer to the town centre and services.
